A: My office is located right in the Village of Franklin on Franklin Road.

Q: What areas do you list homes and properties for?
A: I represent the entire metropolitan-Detroit area. Because one of my specialties is lakefront properties and because Oakland County is so renowned for such lots, Oakland County has become one of my prime focus areas.

Q: Are you fully licensed, trained and insured?
A: Definitely! All of my credentials are further supported by my track record of sales and my status as the top producer in the company.

Q: How long does it generally take for houses in the area to sell?
A: That answer, of course, depends on numerous variables.  The Detroit area has a very challenging market due to our loss of industry.  Pricing right and looking good are the answers to minimizing market time.  Of course, every case is different.
